Food is good, but considering there were 6 employees on the line, not a single one greeted me. When I got my food and said thank you, the young lady didn't even say your welcome or any response. They really didn't seem to be enjoying their job nor cared for the customers.

Always fast and very friendly. Great manager who always greets you and keeps you informed about your order while you wait . Its always clean as well

First, no lemonade. Then no Chetoos. Then gave me someone else's sandwich. I'm sitting waiting for a remake drinking watered-down fruit punch, eating chips that aren't that great, and still waiting for my remake. Really sad.

Very unprofessional. Employees were seen smoking in the building. Overheard the General Manager on the phone talking about being high on drugs. Not clean. Go here if you want food poisoning.

We have been to many Firehouse locations and this one was better than any that we have visited. The music was classic 70s . The food was outstanding. The tables were all clean. We will definitely return.
