Food was very sub-par. I ordered the chicken Picatta and there was way too much sauce and the chicken was dry and overcooked. My boyfriend ordered the manicotti and he wasn't impressed either. I would say our waitress was very nice though.

Wonderful atmosphere, employees ready to take care of us. We were greeted with a “hi, welcome in” and sat as soon as we entered the door. Service was spot on.
Great prices for the quality and quantity of food. Will definitely be back, the service and other employees were extremely nice. They gave stickers to our children. The cake was delicious!

Had to wait too long for a server to come when seated. There were 2 workers talking at the register another one was doing something on a computer and the man who seated us was helping the only 2 other customers. When I asked a waitress were was our server She said and I quote Good Luck getting a server!!! The service here sucks!!!! Finally someone did come and she said oh sorry we are in the middle of a shift change and she took our drink order and when she came back she gave us old bread sticks and said new ones were coming. I also had a to go order and did not get the side salad that was supposed to come with the dinner. Then as we were leaving I told the server we left our signed receipt on the table she then proceeded to talk about us to the same girls who were talking when I walked in. It’s a shame the food is decent but the service is lousy. That other waitress was right

Just order a pizza from somewhere went in an hour before close to pick something up not sit in and got no service or a simple we close in an hour and the kitchen is shut down ignored by staff

We ordered an Italian Sub and a 3 meat pizza. It took almost half an hour to get the food. The sub they brought was an Italian sausage sub. I sent it back and about 20 minutes later (after everyone else was done eating pizza) I still had not gotten my replacement sub. I asked the server to just take it off the bill at that point. Right as we were getting ready to leave, she said the sub was done and I could have it to go. Gey home, and it's yet another Italian sausage sub!! 😡 😡. Over and hour there, 2 subs later and STILL get what I ordered. They weren't busy so the timing seems highly excessive. Not to mention, I left starving. We won't go back!

My wife and I have gone several times and service is always awful It takes a min to be seated or for someone to take your order for to go orders. Last time we went just a bunch of teenagers working and one kid looked 9 ...but they were all huddled up talking about their relationships and we had to wait for them to stop before even taking our order...my wife's salad was awful and they forgot two of the ingredients the prep work was clearly not being done when your getting soggy veggies or it's not being rotated properly....I got pizza paid almost 20 for a large specialty pizza basically a supreme ....it would've been better at little ceasers for sure....and that's sad...this place is super expensive for mediocre food at best and have been disappointed with the food and service in what appears to be a ghost town every time we went....if you want good pizza go to Oakridge if you want cheap go to lil ceasers if you want salad literally anywhere else if you want pasta make it at home...this place is a disgrace to be called Italian food not even fast food Italian food...I've had better food and service from a gas station...

Used to be a good place and they used to get all the orders right. Now, their food is still good but this is the third time my take out order was wrong. Been going there for YEARS and they never got it wrong. New management had time to get the bugs out but failed.
