I love the chicken wings and at 10.00 I thought they were a little expensive but I got them but when I went back this week they had Increased their price to 14.99 so I didn’t have any. When customers get smart they’ll start eating at home. This is price gouging at its best. This is greed not tariffs. I’m Done.

I hate to be this guy but I waited forever to get the overpriced 8 pack and a spicy chick so around 15 bucks. I’m poor and one step away from being homless. WORH that said I have to walk everywhere so I ordered mayo on my burgers and was asked also mustard. Yes please also mustard i get my food walk 30 mins home in the rain last night get home excited to eat bite into one a mayo squirts everywhere I notice no mustard I call and call and call it been busy for 6 hours. If I’m not mistaken the diaper sniper was sitting in his car not helping that’s for sure Gerald for u takes ur job then does bad at it. I’m mad I walked a hour total and my food was wrong idc if it’s a little cold I know that but to be wrong completely and can’t get ahold of anyone to but it in the book asked if I want a receipt said no the one time I need one. It’s no KRYSTAL WITHOUT MUSTARD. Just have a nasty white castle

Ordered Uber eats the lady said everyone was rude and not pleasant to deal with also received cold fries hardly anything on my chilli cheese fries also forgot stuff on my order did get a refund but it's sad that a simple order couldn't be done correctly

People arguing while I sat at the drive thru window the first time. The second time I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes without anyone ever speaking. When they finally got on there they don’t have enough Krystal’s to serve me a sack of 24. This is right next to Wendy’s. From now on I’ll got to Wendy’s when it’s this late. At least they do answer their speaker and give food in a timely manner

I was traveling through the area and had not had Krystal's in like 20 years. It was outstanding as I remembered it. The drive-thru lady was friendly and prompt. Food was hot and delicious. Next time I need to remember to say no mustard lol lol lol

So I just got into town and had to grab some Krysta's l have not had one since I was a kid. All I thought about was how my parents used to buy us Krystal's on the way to church on Wednesday night. Good food brought back good memories. And the service great the ladies that were working we're very friendly Just went out of their way to carry on a conversation and service. We'll be back next time I'm in town.
