When I came in, I immediately noticed the loud death metal music that was playing. The food is good and the wait times aren't terrible. I just did not enjoy being in that building.
Edit: it seems like they want you to go to an additional website to provide more details on my experience. My details have been placed in my review and should be good enough for you.

Understaffed, no clean tables, out of ketchup. Only one employee acted like she cared. They have cut back on meat since last time I ate there; basically bread and cheese for $15. You can do better Penn Station.

Hands down the worst place in Clinton tn to eat , the wait time for a basic sub is insane !!!!!! They are under staffed and uneducated the general manager Stephanie has no clue about cross contamination!!!!!! I’ve took multiple culinary arts classes and worked at several restaurants as a chef ! But Stephanie the [GM] thinks that when she puts down raw chicken on the grill it is then okay to use them same spatulas to cut up any other meat on the grill without wiping or sanitizing those spatulas !!!!!!! I called her out on her mistake and she got super defensive and started belittling me and asking if I had ever worked in a restaurant!!!!!! I then replied yes and make my sub correctly and clean your spatulas I don’t want salmonella ! She then said that I was something else and told me to never come back to HER store again
If your ok with salmonella and ridiculous wait times then this is the place for you I ordered my teriyaki chicken sub along with a pizza sub when we left oak ridge movie theater , got to the store and the place was completely empty and my order was the only ticket on the grill , they weighed out my chicken and placed it on the grill when I walked in , they then placed my pizza sub on the grill , and after chopping up the raw chicken they then proceeded to use the same spatulas to chop up my pepperoni!!!!!!!!!! Never wiped or sanitized just straight from the raw chicken straight to my pepperonis , I asked Stephanie (the gm apparently) and she claimed that the oven would heat my sub up enough to kill all bacteria from the chicken , I informed that the risk of salmonella is still likely and I’d like to have my pizza sub recooked or a refund , Stephanie then told me in order to have a refund she’d have to contact her cooperate office , so I just told her to remake my pizza sub ! Finally after huffing and puffing and calling me names and saying that I am something else she finally starts to remake my pizza sub ! This place is nothing but a joke if you don’t want to end up sick and waiting an hour for a mediocre sub go some place else
Don’t eat here !!!! The general manager Stephanie is completely unaware of how salmonella can be transferred to other meats from raw chicken ! I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and a pizza sub and she proceeded slice the raw chicken then immediately went over to my pizza sub without wiping or sanitizing the spatulas , I stopped her and asked why she didn’t and her answer was” when we send it through the oven it’ll kill the bacteria “ , I made her recook my sub and she told me not to come back to her store ……. Gladly ! I replied
Every time I go in this place it’s empty but still manages to take 30 minutes. Had an online order and went to pick it up. Store is empty. Girl goes to make the frys fresh and then forgets that I’m in the store waiting and goes on to work on something else until I mention if the food is ready to go. Good food but horrible service

I was greeted with a hello, how are you doing today? The two workers were super friendly. I was waited on right away. The gentleman that took my order was super polite and professional. He also made my Philly cheesesteak. I was very satisfied with my service and the food was even better. I literally could only say good things about my expedience today. It was around 4pm on a Friday. Keep up the great work.

Stephanie is the GM at this location and she is amazing! She is very friendly helpful especially because I am usually all over the place with my order but she gets it right evwrytime. She always has a smile, positive attitude and this is one of the cleanest Penn Station's I have been too.

Don't ever eat here if you want your sandwich within 30 to 45 minutes. We live in the area and love the food but every time we come it takes a ridiculous amount of time. If you need a sandwich within the hour go across the street to firehouse subs they will get you in and out in 5 minutes flat.

45 minutes inside waiting for a sandwich, extremely understaffed.
Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. Service was super slow and my food was horrible. The meat on my grilled Italian was burnt crispy and my fries were super cold. Was not a good experience. Definitely would NOT recommend.
