I ordered from the Craft menu today and asked for a refill of regular drip coffee, as I was told it was available. However, the owner suddenly said that I couldn't get a refill unless I had my own cup. After checking with Starbucks headquarters, I found that no such policy exists. Trying to save a single cup at the cost of customer satisfaction, this store has lost my business for good. I have no intention of returning, and I will also be telling others to avoid this location.

The drive thru male was extremely rude today must be new or needs trained in customer service. I definitely will by pass this Starbucks until he is off drive thru.

I have a dairy allergy and the woman making the drinks took time to ask me if I needed clean pitchers and a new steam wand! This was so thoughtful and rare! I typically have to watch to ensure the barista remembers to use the alternative milk, but I knew I could trust her because of these extra questions she asked and how attentive she was. She said she had allergies too so she understood and I am grateful. I hope you can figure out who it was. I tried to catch her name without being awkward. Maybe Keeghan or Meeghan or something like that?! I appreciate you!!

They had no customers, no one in the drive thru and three employees never acknowledged us at all. They just stood there laughing.

Ordered a Refresher, peppermint mocha cold brew, flat white. None were right. No foam on flat white. Cold brew tastes burnt. Not consistent.

To the regional manager. Why make the customer ask for a straw or sleeve after we receive the drink order? You have now made things more inefficient for your staff having to consistently stop what they are doing and go get a sleeve or straw. Your job as a “regional” manager to support the store and help them find better and more efficient ways of serving the customer.

I always order the same drink, a Cafe vanilla frap with 1 extra scoop of van powder, and Java chips, 2x blended... I consistently get the vanilla bean frap, and when I want it made right, I don't get the extra van powder, or 2x blend... I don't think it's that hard, but I'm not a Starbucks employee... maybe if there was a book that shows the difference between the 2, it wouldn't be a common mistake.
