I've tried the over priced fancy coffee, mostly way tooo sweet and little coffee, I decided to try a basic coffee, it was awful. The lid wasn't on good and spilled some in my car too.

We had the best coffee ever as usual my daughter got one of those fancy grilled cheese it was $6 but she really enjoyed it my daughter had me go back through drive-thru 2 days later to get her another grilled cheese she loved it they also have a nice little outdoor eating or coffee area

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte with no Cinnamon topping. They left off the topping, but also left off the whipped cream. Even after she asked me if I still wanted the whipped cream.

This is ridiculous I did a DoorDash order and yall forgot my drink the whole reason I order from yall was for the drink and you didn’t put it in the bag and not answering y’all’s phone is even worse . Yall need to have upper management come and show yall how to do it right because clearly yall need it if yall can’t even answer a dang phone to fix your mistake!!!!

Clinton Starbucks is one of my favorite in Knoxville. Best outdoor seating vibe with the lights and comfy chairs. Plenty of seating inside as well. The team is always in a fun mood, and they are always cheerful when we ask for lots of “pup cups” or ice waters for our kiddos. Great crew, and great service every time!

They made a mistake in drink order when handed to me I let them know and when told her with attitude she told me to go back to cashier who now had a line. We are traveling and had to get back on road. She told me that was my choice and she hoped I had a good day. Did not have time to stand in line so had drink could not drink.

This one used to be better, but for the last 3 week I've just regretted every time I've come here. Being self-employed, and living close by, I've used this as as my go-to office space, but I'm going to have to start driving a little further - the customer service has become typical for Starbucks (bad), the wait times are horrible, and Starbucks drinks have always been disappointing anyways.

They are often slow, but tonight after ordering and coming to the drive thru window we were not acknowledged even after waiting 5 minutes. We ended up leaving because the baristas were talking and not even making drinks.

Man working always does a wonderful job on my drinks, can tell he’s a very kind soul. Went in today and it was such a nice surprise to have these little drawings on my drink!

It’s the little things that can make a big difference in hospitality. Great job whomever you are! The note says “I steamed the 2% in the dark roast to keep it hot for you!”.
