The staff at this Starbuck are truly some of the best! Much like the Merchants Drive location, which I think is owned by the same gentlemen. They all always have a good attitude, provide a positive atmosphere! I leave feeling happier every time I go in!

The manager Francisco and his team always provide a pleasant experience for all guests. The store is maintained in proper order and is always clean and fresh. When walking into the store you are welcomed by music and an atmosphere that makes the customers feel welcome and wanted. Today I had the pleasure of working with barista Aimee who provided excellent customer service. As a patron that visits this location 3-5 times per week it is a wonderful reprieve from the monotony of daily life. I love coming to this location to study and enjoy my favorite beverages and pastries. Thank you to the Sevier Highway and I-75 Starbucks team for always taking great care of your guests, it is much appreciated!
Everytime I've been I've never want problems or issues. Probably the fastest Starbucks I've been too. The workers are very nice and helpful. I haven't been inside only through drive through but I do recommend this Starbucks.

I waited in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes behind three cars. Then it was red cup day, and they didn't give me my cups. That was the only reason I went that day. I'll stick to a different Starbucks.
