I ordered a 4lb ham on 11/14. I go in to pick up my order and they couldn’t give it to me because I didn’t prepay. I told the staff the website wouldn’t let me prepay, they said it was probably because they passed their limit on reservations.
They didn’t call or email to tell me I most likely wouldn’t get my ham today. They wouldn’t sell me any in the cases, they “might” have hams later once all prepaid orders were met first.

We ordered our Christmas meals for work today but they did not give us the sides or sauce packets. When we called they claimed we didn’t order sides, only sandwiches. Disappointing.
