I’ve been getting Taco Bell a lot here recently, and this has to be one of the worst tacos I’ve gotten. One of them was broken and they were not in the paper shells, I had no napkins, and they tasted weird. I’m not sure if it was the meat or something else but it tasted really off. The last 2 times I’ve been here it hasn’t been good. Hope they can improve on some things.

2pm. Ordered and waited 15 min inside. Empty. They forgot to make my order. Took long to come out, and the taco barely had any meat in it at all, didn't bother going back up. Place was messy. Idk what the workers were even doing

Store was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly. Service s little slow but everyone is understaffed at the moment so I can bet it was due to that.

Food was okay but the atmosphere was awful. The music playing in lobby was terrible and to make it worse the employees was playing loud music in the back that was just as bad. It was not a pleasant experience.

I live nearby and have been here a few times. The food is fine, but 4/5 times they will forget at least one item from your order. There's another Taco Bell a couple miles further down the road. I suggest that one instead.

A fire marshall dream, locking the doors with customers inside. Good luck customers itd be better if it was a Starbucks again or just a bunch of grass like it was before all of the construction there in 2010.

3rd biggest ticket item on my trip is Taco Bell. This one is great, the next time I go up to Knoxville TN, I'll be definitely going to one of the hotels near this Taco Bell.
I waited 2 hours for my grub hub order and they never even started it they are never even that busy and my boyfriend payed extra for my food to get here as priority this location is also so unprofessional and they never even greet their customers or anything

I love to go in and order food off of a touch screen kiosk that has 10,000 booger finger smudges on it and the employees don't ever clean the screen with no hand sanitizer anywhere I know you don't have to order at the kiosk but you won't get waited on at the counter the employees will stare at you like a cow looking at a new gate

It was quiet when I went to pick up my food. There was no waiting, and my order was made to perfection. I was greeted with a smile and a joke. The store was clean, and people left with smiles from the drive-thru.

Just skip this taco bell. On September 15th around 730pm Went inside to a couple waiting to order at front counter so i get in line. after 5 minutes of no one coming i asked the guy making tacos if anyone was working up front or just drive thru he replied drive thru will be faster. The couple infront of me gave up and walked out discouraged. I waited another few minutes for someone to take my order. After another 10 minutes waiting My order was completely wrong! Several items missing. The staff at this tacobell needs retrained or replaced. No customer service or willingness to work.
