Waited in drive thru line about 6:00 Friday night for about 20 minutes. Pull up to the window and the guy just stares at me. I finally said Hi to break the awkwardness. He asks me what I ordered and I pay. Another 5 minute wait and he opens the window and hands me my order saying nothing and walks away. I am a 71white female and he was a a 20ish black male. Absolutely no friendly conversation or thanks for the order.

Had been wanting to get to a jacks to try their fried chicken for some time. Finally got to one and it was about the most disappointing food ever. Chicken was overcooked , didn’t really care for the seasoning on the chicken, the half cup of Cole slaw leaves a little to be desired, the French fries were bland and soggy. Overall, the meal was horrible. If I get to another Jacks,,I might try one of you burgers, but will never pay for your chicken. An extreme disappointment.

Two sentence summary of this review:
The service is non existent. This place is doing everything it can to GO out of business.
I have given their takeout service so many chances to redeem itself. For drive thru, It is guaranteed that if you order more than 4 things that they will make you wait on the curb. Then it is almost 15 minutes of waiting. And then Guaranteed to have forgotten something. 7 SEPARATE OCCASIONS THAT I HAVE HAD TO GO BACK INSIDE and pick up food because they forgot it.
I have a sticky note that says:
Times Jacks has forgotten something and there are 7!!!
Insane. Today is my last time ever going here.
I feel terrible because the food is alright but the service is killing it for me.

When we walked in the guy behind the counter is on his cell phone, handled our money and then .., scooped the ice for the drink out of the bin with the cup with his hand, And then walked over and started scooping our fries and the carton.

Order online and after place the order the give you confirmation say pick up that time but when you get there you need to wait 10 to 20 minutes. Also the service missing item not everything on the bag I ordered..
Wanted to give this restaurant a try. I had seen the commercial for $6.49 dinners. Pick your main and add two sides. We'll, be careful! I did just thst with a 2 PC chicken dinner and was charged an additional $1.50! because I chose mac and cheese! Wow! What a disappointment. Food was OK...don't think I will return. I hate restaurants that tickle and dime their customers.

Customized a hamburger with a biscuit instead of a bun. They were very accommodating. Great price on their hand-dipped ice cream.. and I have no idea what that buttery stuff is on the fries, but I liked it. No complaints great experience

I was very disappointed in my dinner! It was about 9pm Saturday night. I had breast and wng fried chicken. It was hard like it was under a heating lamp for hours!! It's was hard and dry. The mashed potatoes were good and the Cole slaw was ok (just not my kind of CS)
