We decided to visit this location after having not gone for a while due to previous dissatisfaction. We placed an order online & despite arriving at the time stated, our food was not ready. Once we got home, our salad bowls were disappointing. There was hardly any “salad” in the bowls! The meat juices had leaked all over the bag & despite having to wait for them to finish our food, the food was cold! We’ve been extremely disappointed with this location recently. Over the past year or so, service & the quality of food has been declining. I can’t see my family going back anytime soon.

Great food! Unfortunately, I ordered via app and did not receive the matching service. Per app, meal would be ready in 10 mins. It was not ready due to vegetable shortage? Which is fine. I let them know I would go for a 10 min run while they finish preparing my meal. I picked up my meal about 13 mins later after my run. I brought it back to work assuming it was complete. My meal was still missing the veggies despite the 20 something mins of prep time. It would have been nice if it was noted at the time of pick up. I would have waited or added on. My receipt was marked complete.

On our way back not sure if we would make it to Fort Payne. This place was a Oasis. I love the walk through the line and pick your additions. Everything fresh and well courteous stafged for crowds.
I wish I had taken a picture of how nasty this dining room was. We were the only ones in the place -there was not one clean table and every chair was out of place. We love salsarita’s -it is our go to for dining out but this dining room is consistently really dirty and it makes me wonder how the rest of the place is run as far as food safety and such when there is no attention given to cleanliness in the dining room.FOLLOW UP-Nov 26 Sunday evening - dining room much cleaner this time. So much more pleasant experience

This restaurant is like Chipotle, but better. We found the food fresher, the guacamole better, and the staff far friendlier. The guacamole is included with an order of chips, which is nice. The food was delicious and portions generous. Recommended.
