This was my first time to go and eat there. The service was good. The order was prepared in an orderly time frame, and the BBQ plates that my wife and I ordered were very good. They serve sweet and unsweet tea along with Pepsi products. We enjoyed our visit today.

Always looking for good barbecue when traveling from Nashville to Jackson, MS and we found the place here! The special on the menu was catfish so we opted for that, excellent decision! The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly and on top of things.

Captain John’s is a Favorite to us and we Enjoy It All. We drive 50 Minutes with no Problem to eat there. The Atmosphere is Great, Welcoming, Professional, and Friendly. The Staff are Great and Serve with Awesome Hospitality. We love the Fish, Philly Steak Sandwich, Burgers, and BBQ Nachos. Everything is Great. We look forward to eating there on most Fridays. Ms. Toni and I have them as one of our Favorite Restaurants.

The food was good. I had a BBQ sandwich with slaw. Very tender meat and good flavor.
Brought a bbq meal here recently and it was superb. It was during lunchtime and the place was packed. Always passed by and never stopped until now but after stopping I will be a regular customer. The bbq was just that good and served by a friendly staff. You outta try it some time. Right off center street and Hwy 72
