This was my first time to go and eat there. The service was good. The order was prepared in an orderly time frame, and the BBQ plates that my wife and I ordered were very good. They serve sweet and unsweet tea along with Pepsi products. We enjoyed our visit today.

Always looking for good barbecue when traveling from Nashville to Jackson, MS and we found the place here! The special on the menu was catfish so we opted for that, excellent decision! The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly and on top of things.

Captain John’s is a Favorite to us and we Enjoy It All. We drive 50 Minutes with no Problem to eat there. The Atmosphere is Great, Welcoming, Professional, and Friendly. The Staff are Great and Serve with Awesome Hospitality. We love the Fish, Philly Steak Sandwich, Burgers, and BBQ Nachos. Everything is Great. We look forward to eating there on most Fridays. Ms. Toni and I have them as one of our Favorite Restaurants.

Brought a bbq meal here recently and it was superb. It was during lunchtime and the place was packed. Always passed by and never stopped until now but after stopping I will be a regular customer. The bbq was just that good and served by a friendly staff. You outta try it some time. Right off center street and Hwy 72
Love this place. Great food and great service. Also used them for my son's wedding. Me and my special needs son frequent there often. Staff is always super and understanding. Abe is the absolute best.

Nasty food with nasty manager with attude this place deserve no stars needs new management and also when I order off the app they out of barbecue things so how y'all A barbacue restaurant and you out ribs and barbecue Sandwich? Also messed my order up so I had to re order some where else very unprofessional

I don't even think my cats care to eat the ribs. I couldn't wait to get some food in my stomach but guess what happened right after I cleaned my bag and plate, I felt nauseous and gassy from the food at this location. I'm not stopping anybody else from eating but I know this was my first time to find myself with an upset stomach and bad after taste. I'm sorry to say.... That food didn't turn out right but at least the fries was okay. I spent $30 on food poisoning. 🤢❤️🩹🫤
