So much better than fast food. The process of ordering online is simple and fast. The orders can be picked up inside the store or in the drive thru lane. We have ordered several times and have never had a wrong order.Healthier option for a quick dinner.

I was going to write a very bad review but I see that I would be singing to the choir. It’s a shame that a restaurant that’s less than a year old would be allowed to run this poorly. There is absolutely no customer service! This is a direct reflection on whoever is managing this location. To allow this many one star reviews and not correct the problem is very sad. I hate to say it but I don’t see this place staying open much longer.

I ordered on UberEats, and it took over two hours to get my food. They mistakenly gave my order to a random person. After reordering, the food was horrible. I might have to pay extra next time for them to go to Dova to get my food.

Food is good, prices are a little high but don't bother we the drive through, spent 55 minutes at 8pm with 6 cars in front of me. Completely irredeemable to take 10 minutes per car when everyone places orders on the app

I have never seen employees who cared less about their job than these three. They locked the front door 2 hours before closing because they didn’t want any more customers. They were 30 minutes late preparing my order. One was filling orders. The other two were just standing there. All three should be fired and the franchise owner should lose their license.

Horrible location and service. Consistently rude, inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Today visited the sign says they are open until 11pm and at 7:07pm the employee tells we are CLOSED. Asks peer employee who let them in.

Spoiler - If anyone is reading this reveiw, this is frustration and I'm venting and I have all the time in the world coz this line hasn't freaking moved in an hour!!!!!!!!!!!Scheduled for pickup at 6.30pm - it's 7pm and I'm still in the line waiting for my turn to pick up my food which is apparently ready - why the heck am I supposed to wait if my freaking food is ready??!! Because these people lock their doors shut and wouldn't bother answering anyone who's at the door. Oh and as a bonus, if you try doing that, you'll miss your spot in the line and have to wait another hour to get your food which is now all cold and soggy!I had an encounter with a rude employee here once and decided for my peace that is only do online orders and just pick it up and even that sucks here now.And as a side note, why can't there be one proper functioning and properly managed chipotle in Memphis??!!!All the branches either have rude employees or horrible management in terms of service, availability of items - literally any time.It's like I have to move to a different state to avoid this horrible service and incompetent people (most of them in my experience - if I ever had good service and food on a rare occasion, I'd literally be shocked) working for all these chipotle branches in Memphis.Fine - someone will contact me with free entrees and when I go to use them, I'll be treated like the employee at the register is paying for my food and I have to deal with their attitude.Here's to yet another dinner and evening ruined - thanks to this chipotle!If anyone reading got to this point, this is frustration and I'm venting and I have all the time in the world coz this line hasn't freaking moved in an hour!!!!!!!!!!!

My bowl was very good, but why was it extra for what (I thought) was supposed to be on it? I'm so confused about the pricing. I'm that person that WILL ask if I ever go back.

Service is horrific! If I could give 0 stars I would. They should have been closed like yesterday! I went here on 9/24/23 and asked the server to use salad tongs to pick up lettuce for a salad. She told me they used gloves to pick up the lettuce. I explained to her that she needed to change her dirty gloves then since she had just finished a cash transaction at the register. She still refused to change the gloves. Finally a so- called charge person came around the corner with tongs and threw them at the worker but they missed her hand and landed on the floor. Finally the worker decided to change her gloves. I should have left at that point but I did let her finish serving me. I failed a complaint with the corporate office with the person’s name who threw the tongs and promised to handle the situation. I waited a few months and tried patronizing this location one more time and that same worker was still there giving awful customer service! I’m done with this location. They need to be run out of town! I will never return! If we all stand together they could not survive in Collierville!

As others have noted, this Chipotle location is HORRENDOUS. I was so excited when a location finally opened in Collierville but somehow... This is the worst location in the city. The employees legitimately do not care. They do the bare minimum and half the time act like customers are not even there. The food is somehow worse quality than other locations. Management does not care. They will stop preparing food after like 9ish, preferring to just tell customers they're out of whatever ingredient. I don't know what it is about Memphis but people really don't care about taking pride in their jobs unfortunately.
