I ordered from the app and when I got home I was missing my chips and salsa.. I only had my burrito bowl... This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this Chipotle and got home to have missing items.. I really like Chipotle but this location makes it hard to give them a chance.
Like most others - awful service. No chips or onions and peppers on a Friday @6:30PM. What are the workers doing? If I was the owner- I’d be very concerned. Trash overflowing at every trashcan. This place just opened and it is already heading downhill, and quickly. Welcome to 2024 and lack of customer service, regardless of the wage - the fabric of America is being eroded by a lack of respect and work ethic. Go no further than 90% of establishments in the Memphis area.
