We have had the Big Kahuna (?) Hawaiian with bacon, and the special...don't remember the name...with sopressata, pappardelle peppers and mozzarella, and Parm and honey after cooking. All were delicious. We always get the fried mozzarella. It is amazing with just lemon squeezed on it. The staff is great! It is so laid back!
Incredible! Been dying to try this place and it was the just like the pizza we served at a restaurant in the north end of Boston that I worked at for years. It was a great early birthday treat! I’ll definitely be back!
East coast folks struggling to find an average analog for a budget cheese pizza back home. Caio Baby’s basic Neapolitan will just barely meet that need. The dough isn’t as chewy. Not as much cheese. But it’s close. No hard, dry crust. Good amount of moisture. Thin, but floppy crust. It’s solid Neapolitan.
