Surprisingly awesome.

We’ve been a few times now. The kids usually like it—the snows and the games. This time there was a really bad sewery smell when we walked in. We decided to stick it out. Our two older kids ordered snows. They were fine as usual. Our youngest ordered an ice cream cone. Be sure you specify if you want soft serve or you’ll end up with Blue Bell. That’s my bad. I ordered the peach frozen drink. It didn’t have a name, but I assumed it was like a smoothie. It was like drinking small chunks of frozen peach and Karo syrup. I had to toss it. The place could use a good sweeping as well.

Probably won’t be back after this visit. Too overpriced for the quality of product.

It was our first time trying this place, and it was worth it most definitely. I had the Strawberry Cheesecake Snow and my Boyfriend had the Pina Colada Snow . We enjoyed every bite. Thank you so much 💗 I really enjoyed my Birthday there. We will be back. 100%

Went in a couple of times recently. The atmosphere is amazing. Very welcoming and family friendly. The staff is helpful and can explain their creations well. We really liked their ice cream but agreed that their snow ice lacked flavor. It was beautiful but we would not order it again. We tried a couple of shakes on the visit and they were much more flavorful though a little thin. Next time we will request them to be thick shakes.

Dirty! Floors, tables, everything. And sadly I got there right when they opened so it wasn’t like they had been busy. I was gonna walk out but my son was looking forward to his ice. And for the price it was not good. I will never be back.

Employees were so incredibly nice towards us and our son. They were knowledgeable and kind. The shaved ice is exactly as described and beautifully decorated. Sadly the flavor left a bit to be desired, as did their hand spun ice cream. The ice cream shared consistency with the shaved ice and was watery. One ice cream, one snow, and a small bag of freeze dried marshmallows ran us $35.71, very expensive.

Swift service, well-made desserts. A touch pricy but very unique and much-enjoyed!

If you haven’t visited Vampire Penguin, you are missing out on a great experience and wonderful desserts! Alone or with your family, it is a great experience. The owner has really gone above & beyond to ensure there is something to entertain everyone while enjoying the best coffee, desserts, etc. around.

The owners are literally the sweetest people ever. I came here with my brother and his wife and the three of us had a blast. We enjoyed our sweet treats while playing one of the games they had in the store (they have quite the variety). I personally liked the tiramisu snow but wish there was more of the espresso spread around (it was at the top of the snow and lingered there).

A treat indeed! What a unique place to satisfy your sweet tooth and soak up some much needed family time!
A delicious dish to enjoy while talking and laughing with loved ones across the table! Fun table games are also available to keep the atmosphere light and cheery!
Multiple visits have made this a go-to when I need a treat served with good vibes and a kind face. The teenagers that work there are obviously trying to serve up a tasty and eye pleasing dish!

Just TERRIBLE. I only kept my drink because I felt sorry for them because NO ONE came in the 15-20 mins I waiting on them to make 2 horrible slushies. Total waste of money for ice with ZERO flavor and the prices are INSANE. They 2 people in there have zero understanding of how to make their menu items. Needless to say, I won't be back. NEXT!!

They sell delicious shaved condensed milk desserts. They are refreshing, unique treats with a wide variety of flavors. The store is clean and family friendly with lots of table games available to keep kids busy. My daughter asks to go constantly, and I never feel bad saying yes.

This was the single best tasting treat I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. I selected the Peach Cobbler, Non-Dairy for a sweet tooth fix and was simply shocked at how delicious it was. The prep was beautiful and the way the "snow" exploded onto the palate with the texture and flavor of the toppings was incredible. I'll definitely be back to enjoy more items off the rather lengthy menu. The service was as good as the treat and the environment was fun and active.
