Worst Freddie's I've been to. Rude staff.

New to town stopped in not knowing what to expect. It was awesome. The staff treated me like I was the only on there. Food was spot on and pipping hot!! Will be back to try new options!!

Went through drive thru and the lady was so rude. You could tell she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. She rushed my husband when he was ordering and just had such disdain in her voice. She seemed so annoyed that we were there.

2/14/26 - I was in tonight and ordered a mini sundae 🍨 and the guy handed me a plain single scoop in a bowl 🤦

I have been to Freddies in 3 states because I love Freddies food and so do my kids. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff are great. Only the ones in Memphis are dirty though. I expected the Collierville to be better than Bartlett but it wasn't. The rugs and floor look like they have not been cleaned in more than a day. The trash cans were filthy. The tables were not particularly clean either. You all can do better than this.

We stopped by because we were down in Collierville and it was such a nice experience. We are in and it was very clean. We were greeted when we walked in. The person taking our order may have been new it wasn’t overly obvious but her colleagues were standing by to assist if need be they were all nice and helpful. The food was well prepared and delicious. The manager was in and he was extremely attentive his name is Keith and you can tell he cares about his business. It was more of a restaurant feel than a fast food place! I just appreciate the attention to detail that this location showed! Thank you for the good time!!!!

I shouldn’t have to clean my car after going to Freddy’s. I ordered a concrete and it was handed to me completely covered in chocolate. Didn’t even bother to give napkins before they shut the window… it got everywhere.

I ordered a large cheese curd. There was a half inch of oil in the bottom my food was soaking in. Eww!! The hamburger I ordered was smashed and mangled haphazardly thrown together. I won't be back.

I am a first time goer to Freddy's. I am disappointed. They were out of fries. The patty melt was burnt and put together sloppy. The tater tots were over done. The items were just thrown in my bag. I will not go back

One of the workers had their children at the restaurant and they were running all around the dining area. Not very professional. Also would be a hazard to older patrons.
