One of the workers had their children at the restaurant and they were running all around the dining area. Not very professional. Also would be a hazard to older patrons.

Everytime we come to the Freddys in collierville tn they never get the food right or put everything in the bag!! Most of the food is cold and nasty when u do get it! Also most of the drive through people have very terrible attitudes!! We will be finding somewhere else to eat even if u have tl drive an hr away!! WONT BE EATING HERE EVER AGAIN! I HEAR ALOT OF OTHERS WONT EITHER

Enjoy their burgers and topping options. Japeno fry sauce is great.

Went through the drive-thru for a snack of mini-concrete and some tots. Very good. My Freddy’s app had a coupon for a free mini-concrete. The drive-thru window took care of the coupon, no problem. We’ve been to Freddy’s several times. Hamburgers and strawberry shakes are excellent.

I’m here to make a PSA to everyone to keeps giving this trash restaurant location their money. While I love Freddy’s and agree their food and shakes are amazing! This restaurant needs some serious evaluations. I came here today to get one of the fall drinks the pumpkin pie one. They have it advertised in their menue, and on the wall of the restaurant on the poster. They told me they just “didn’t have it”. Customer service wasn’t good at all, showed no care for me. Had to go up there two times to request the food I ordered online.

Horrible service rude managers food was sent out messy and thrown at me my change was wrong went inside the restaurant asked for the general manager she was rude and argumentative

I hate to put this review in because I’ve worked for Freddy’s for the last 5 years I’m another state- as a GM and Regional Manager for the last 3 years. I know how important we take our guest perspective/GPS/ and hospitality.

To start, We walked in at 9:43 and the lobby was quite a mess. Seemed to only have 3 people working, so maybe that is why the lobby wasn’t taken care of. Nevertheless, my group of 4 still wanted to order. As we approach the counter, the MOD was loudly saying “lock my doors, someone get my keys and lock my doors.” It was 9:45 at this point… closing in 10:00. To top off this review, when it was time for us to order, we tried to order custard and the MOD tells us that they are out of custard for the night.

Disappointed to say the least, but it’s important that I bring it to your attention so it can be addressed properly. Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness were all missed during my visit:(
