A very nice restaurant with excellent service. We ordered the shrimp tempura and the itchiban roll. The tempura portion was large with lots of shrimps. The roll was pleasing to the eye as well as to the palate. Prices were reasonable.
A nice, cozy place that is reminisce of the Japanese style wood panneling you would find in a high-end restaurant. Had the ultimate roll, which was as it says ultimate the filling to rice ratio was great and held together amazing. Would highly recommend ove other establishments that just focus on the rice rather than the filling or craft of sushi.

This is one of my favorite Japanese style restaurants in Collierville. They have a pretty good variety of food on the menu, and the sushi and sashimi are fresh. They actually have a pretty good selection of Japanese sake as well. The staff are wonderful and provide great service
