Hi Google Gang,I usually don't like Dry Rub Wings; however, this Restaurant revealed to me that I simply did not have the right ones because Collier'sS (formerly George's BBQ) Dry Rub Wings were amazing! Moreover, Mr. Oscar (Owner) was incredibly kind, caring, and demonstrated a level of pleasurable Professionalism that makes you destined to come back for their great tasting food repeatedly! This place is Awesome! Peace and Blessings everyone...!!!
The half slab had a slightly odd taste and aroma. It may have been vinegar. Hard to say. Otherwise it was fine.
NOT GEORGES scam of money . Terrible BBQ rub was awful .... Sauce was worse tasted like Kraft . Fries weren't fully cooked the first time but we're halfway microwaved when I ate them . Ribs were DRY on one part PULLED OF A WHOlE STRIP ALONG LOOKED LIKE SALMON a little undercooked on another . No smoke flavor, coleslaw inedible sweet with a curious flavor . Tacos were good but that was the green sauce
I’m not from here but I should’ve known when they have egg rolls and bbq in the same place. It was ok
Was a terrific restaurant when the original owner chris run the place .. new owners dont know how to run a business
It was alright food, ate some chicken wings. Wasn't anything different than your average BBQ restaurant. Fortunately even a sub par experience eating hunks of meat is still good. George's wasn't sub par though.
Bar b que place that didn't have bbq. Smoker broke. Tea machine broke. Wanted to support local but had to get franchise.
New management, new menu. Great pork tacos and ribs! Friendly staff.
This place is a gem! Their bbq nachos are my absolute favorite. And try the brisket! Go when you aren't in a rush; there aren't a ton of staff yet, but the food is worth the wait.
I've tried their catfish, pulled chicken, brisket, and fries, and I've loved all of it. The problem is the slow service. It takes an extremely long time to get our food whenever we order in the restaurant. When we try to call in and order, they almost never answer the phone.

We've had BBQ here a few times and it has been very good. The fries have also been excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the cheeseburgers. I ordered two cheeseburgers with fries yesterday and both were very disappointing. The burgers were way past well done, extremely dry and tasteless. Actually one of them was burned to the point of being inedible. Two of the buns were burned as well. Not just toasty, burned. As a final touch, my fries were soaked in pickle juice. True, it was 6 pm on Friday and quite busy, but I expected the usual good food I have been getting here. This was a waste of almost $20.00.
Delicious and authentic Memphis style bbq. Friendly people
Omg! The BBQ sandwich was amazing
Great food and nice people
The food and service was very good. We had the pulled/chopped chicken sandwich, ribs, and wings w/fries. Everything we ordered was good. The barbecue sauce was really good. I would definitely recommend it.
