Came to celebrate my early bday gift to myself! Sat at the bar, waited longer than usual to get my order taken and receive bread and water! So I ordered my food boom 20 mins later an old couple sat next to me. Instant water, bread and drinks to them! 8mins later they receive the exact same order I placed. Then I was told mine was coming out next! Like did this lady just give my food to them?? Really?! Never again! Horrible customer service thanks Red head bar tender and she did t even tell me her name

I am not sure what happen to this place but it is not the same. Customer Service was awful, they have a small piece of paper on the concierge stand of the food they ran out of 🤔. Waiter was rude and impatient even after saying that they were not that busy. The steak orders got mixed up. Luckily it was brother and sister so they were ok with swapping food. About 15 mins after I placed my order, the manager came out and told me that they didn’t have chicken but it was not on the list. She gave me another side for my inconvenience after I told her that we would have gone to another Longhorn if we would have known there wasn’t chicken bite. She said yes and still charge me. She corrected it though. I got super sick 🤢 and didn’t know why until my son ate some of my left over mash potatoes and got sick as well. Y’all need to do better

Went to this location for dinner tonight. It was our first time there. The shrimp I ordered was not edible. It smelled rotten and tasted even worse. The steak my wife had was also not edible. It was cooked to her specifications but again, the meat smelled off and also tasted weird. Not to mention the steak was visibly juicy, but tasted dry. The loaded baked potato she had was cooked well but had very little butter, sour cream, cheese, etc. we seen our waiter two times when we order drinks and then when we ordered food. We ultimately decided to pay and leave and cut our losses. We couldn’t even get anyone to inform a manager of our issues.. At this point I just hope we don’t end up with food poisoning from eating bad meat.

I just love this place the food is always great the store always clean and the drinks are always on point the bartender at the bar is very good and her service is amazing

I had a decent dining experience. I sat at the bar and was greeted and given a menu within 5 minutes . The food and drinks were perfect and cooked exactly as I ordered. Food had great flavor, staff were welcoming and had great customer service .

I ordered a 6oz steak with a sweet potato and a Caesar salad. The steak was rancid. I drove three hours. I was hungry and tired. I couldn't get a single table. They were booked. There was no room at the bar, so I ordered my meal to go. I arrived at my hotel room, thrilled to have dinner. It was disappointing. I gave the steak to the dog. She liked it.

I wanted to try something different so I ordered a half rack of ribs and they were undercooked.I had lunch with my greaties and niece and our drinks did not get refilled and our waiter did not come to check our us until it was time to leave.. I should have stuck with my first choice and went to the one in Southhaven.My second time coming here but most definitely was the last

I went here and had a horrible time. First, they were out of spicy chicken bites, seasoned wings, BACON BITS (you are next to a Kroger) and more menu items. The shrimp tasted like i was chewing tires. They were also out of these dragonfruit and mango margaritas. We ordered long pour for our drinks and were told they were out of shakers to leave at the table with our drinks but the table across from us had shakers on the table………We also didn’t get a margarita glass, and it looked and tasted like a Shirley Temple. They said it was the same amount in the glass as the long pour option (a lie) and they would be charging us separately per drink if we wanted another. I felt bad for our server, she was friendly and was doing the best she could with what she had. She was the only positive part of the experience.

Food was pleasant just not as hot as it should’ve been, customer service is decent depending on what time of day! There’s also a manager there who is for sure bias with her attitude towards specific customers, if you know what I mean. Overall score 7/10!
