Drive thru bad customer service. The young lady last night spoke very fast, I didn't understand what she was saying so she repeated with an attitude and this was her response, "Once again, the drive thru is having technical issues come inside to place your order." I usually do not complain however her tone and attitude was awful. Which prompted me to leave.
Sat in the outer lane of the drive thru, being asked to hold. All the while, she is taking orders for the inner lane and just told to hold on. After sitting there for a bit, it was just time to leave. Drove to Burger King and amazingly, my order was taken promptly. Y’all demand so much an hour but cannot properly operate a drive thru that most of us manage to do while 16. They really just need to shut this location down as it’s has been horrible since Carrie is no longer here.
Employees were deplorable to us tonight. We placed an online order, which went through, but when we arrived well before closing the employees opted to ignore us being there until they closed then told us they were closed. Incredibly poor behavior to customers.

However, some feedback mentions that the Big Mac Chicken sandwich could use better seasoning and crunch, and there have been instances of cold fries, though the staff is quick to correct such problems.
