Saito 3 Collierville

SAITO 3 recently added Vietnamese Pho to the menu, and it is authentic and rich with the best broth Collierville has to offer! I really like their sushi rolls, and the hibachi lunch portions are large & flavorful. It’s a great value for lunch and never too busy. Highly recommended!

This was the worst sushi. All of the rice tasted like a dirty dish rag and my sushi was not even what we ordered. Very disappointing!

Walked in to pickup an order and no one greeted me to ask how they could help me. But a Caucasian gentleman walked in a few minutes after me and the teen laying on the bench who saw me arrive decided he wanted to work and quickly greeted the Caucasian gentleman and seated him. I waited another 5 minutes before saying excuse me. When I asked if anyone was going to assist me and the teen replied, “aren’t you picking up a door dash order?” I asked him how would he know if he never asked me how he could help me. I won’t be returning.

Maybe they need some help. We sat for about 10 minutes before someone came over to take our drink order. Then we had to ask multiple times for glasses of water. Our orders were only slightly wrong (got steamed rice instead of the fried rice we ordered). Don’t be in a hurry.

We have always went to the one in Bartlett, and have never been disappointed. Then we found out they had one in Collierville, so we had to give it a try. We will definitely be coming back! Excellent food. Spring rolls were fresh and perfectly rolled(hard to find lately). My sushi was delicious and my husband loved his hibachi meal. Give them a try!

Thought the sushi roll was okay , i had the double decker roll - shrimp on top was cold. I then got food positing. Sick for a week. Won’t go back.

Overall not a great value or restaurant.Seating: sitting on stiff board seats against marble is horribly uncomfortable.Atmosphere was contrived and not pleasant, loud 80s elevator muzak. On every screen over the muzak was a batman movie. Several of the ornamental Asian ceiling lights were out. Fish tanks were filthy. 1/10 for atmosphere.Service was terrible, obviously new and untrained staff.Food was underwhelming, we ordered 3 specialty rolls was delivered on a large platter, no chopsticks, no refills had to ask servers for very basic things. Sushi was a tad warm and obviously not freshly prepared. Will not return.I guess if you want generic noodles with soy sauce then go here.

Sad, wanted to like this place. Got frozen spring rolls this time (I’ve been twice). Idk if they’re made fresh then frozen because they weren’t eaten earlier in the day, or just straight up not cooked fresh at all. Super sad.
