If your ice cream machine is down or whatever.....tell me when I order a shake. I finished eating 10 minutes ago and I still don't have my shake ....wasting my money, wasting my time.
Terrible customer service experience with REAGAN. Will also let the corporate office know. Never have I had such a bad experience. Almost 20 minutes in the drive through and she didn’t acknowledge me one time sitting at her window. Finally when she did speak to me after 20 minutes, I was told, “food made fresh to order!” Wow! Very disappointed. Won’t be back for a while, and it was our favorite fast food place.
