My family visited the Collierville,TN location this past weekend. We made reservation for a party of 20. We have elderly seniors in the group, which they did not allow to enter with everyone being there. The young male host had a nasty and rude attitude. We put our name on the waitlist and sat and waited patiently with children for over an hour, went and ask the hostess an estimated time about halfway through and was told they could not say and she was very rude. Just came from another amazing birthday dinner, this time for my 8 year old. Stix never ceases to fail me. We love coming here, the owners always remembers us, they are always so accommodating and the food is great! Thank you!
