Had to wait forever for someone to take our drink orders. I had to go to the bar and get my our drinks. Which the bartender was awesome. When the cook came to fix our food we had to ask the server for our salads and soups. After that he never came back over. I had to go ask for boxes for every one and a lady finally came over and asked if someone had been over to talk about checks which they had not. The lady still got the checks wrong. My family visited the Collierville,TN location this past weekend. We made reservation for a party of 20. We have elderly seniors in the group, which they did not allow to enter with everyone being there. The young male host had a nasty and rude attitude. We put our name on the waitlist and sat and waited patiently with children for over an hour, went and ask the hostess an estimated time about halfway through and was told they could not say and she was very rude.
