First time here and Knox was so sweet! You guys are lucky to have him as an employee !
Now, the peach cobbler… purchased it to go.
When I took the lid off, I was transported to my Grandma’s kitchen! Smells so good! Tastes so good! I don’t think I can finish it all in one sitting though as it is sweet. I haven’t tasted the ice cream yet but my daughter said it was really good.
Currently the shop is decorated for Fall/Halloween along with a cozy fireplace scene on the digital display(a.k.a. Flatscreen). Will definitely return. ?

I order the peach cobbler with extra crust … omg. It was amazing.

I placed an online order for pickup in 30 minutes. I received confirmation that my order would be ready at 4:40. When I arrived at 4:48, the Peach Cobbler Factory associate told me at first she didn’t have an order for me. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she looked in her system and discovered that she had given my order to a Door Dash driver. I asked her where the driver was delivering it to given that I placed an order for pick up? She tried to tell me that it happens all the time that drivers pick up orders and kept them for themselves. Meanwhile there was an order sitting behind the counter waiting for pickup. I believe she made an honest mistake and sent my order with the Door Dash driver and kept the wrong order for pick up. She kept trying to tell
Me that I had to call Door Dash to get them to notify the restaurant of the mistake. Why? The mistake was made by the Peach Cobbler Factory employee, not the driver or me. She admitted that she was working alone, taking and making the orders. I’m sorry they are understaffed, but I shouldn’t be inconvenienced nor should someone else receive the cobbler flight that I paid for. And my bank card says I paid the Peach Cobbler Factory, not Door Dash!!! So disappointing because this is not the level of customer service that will bring me back. And the phone number listed for The Peach Cobbler Factory does not work!

My boyfriend and I were craving some desserts on a Sunday evening. I searched desserts in the area and The Peach Cobbler Factory (Collierville) popped up. I decided to look over the menu and there was so much to choose from- I said let’s go! We get in there and it’s pretty quiet, which also was nice. It is a small establishment on the old side and they have 4 tables outside. Knox was our register personal and gave some recommendations AND samples! We tried 3 samples and we decide on the Flight so we could mix and match our deserts. We ordered Bourbon Pecan Banana Pudding, Blackberry/Peach Cobbler, Cherry Cobbler & Caramel Apple Cobbler. The flight size was about the equivalent of one full size cobbler. The deserts were really good. Were they Grandma’s homemade cobblers? No, but they were good and I’ll definitely be back when I get a craving for cobbler. Thanks for the customer service Knox!

This place is great if you’re craving something sweet. The cobbler is great, but they’ve also got some of the best milkshakes. The cinnamon roll was delicious. There’s several other items on the menu that sound great. We’re looking forward to going back to try more. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Our kids loved it. Plenty of variety on the menu for them to choose from. Family friendly atmosphere.

Packaging!!! When I pay $8 for peach cobbler and ice cream, I want FRESH soft serve or hand scooped ice cream. Not ice cream that’s rock hard and has been sitting in the freezer so long that I doesn’t even melt with the ward cobbler. Secondly, provide larger cups (as advertised) so that customers can get what they pay for!! Packaging is terrible and it’s lazy! So disappointing.

This was my 1st time and the customer service and dessert was good for the most part. Please don't give your customers burnt or scorched food. The dish is too expensive to not be able to eat all of it, if I choose to. Yes, the burnt part was visible so the person fixing it knew what they were doing. Other than that delicious 😋
