I’ve been in search of a good health food store in the area since moving here and I’ve officially found it! Columbia Health Foods is a hidden gem. They’re very knowledgeable of their products as well as extremely helpful. I’m constantly on the lookout for stores that carry EWG (Environmental Working Group) certified products. They offered brands I haven’t been able to find anywhere else and even offered to order specific products for their store to provide what customers are needing. They have a wide selection of bath/body supplies, supplements, vitamins, teas, probiotics/prebiotics, and even a few grocery/fresh produce items. I was very pleased and can’t wait to visit again!

Staff is excellent and responsive.I’m just sad it took me so long to come in and start shopping.So be like us, stop in and buy something to support this local business.

Went there for the first time last week. They were so helpful and friendly. We were also completely taken back by how much they have there. Very impressed, we will be regular customers from now on. Highly recommend!!

This store is not open on Saturday's like it says on Google maps and their website. Drove down from Spring Hill just to try them out. Only open Monday thru Friday. Will try them out next week and will update this review. Update: the owner responded and that means a lot. Looking forward to going down today or tomorrow and will update again. Update : Made it down to the store today. Very nice and the person working was very helpful and nice! Found everything I was looking for.

Was very surprised to find such a store here in Columbia. They have soooooooo many products and wonderful service. They carry fresh produce, frozen goods and treats. I read that they will be closed for a bit in order to remodel. Can't wait to see the new expansion!
