I ordered on a Wednesday 4 dozen donuts to be picked up on Sunday. I was told that since they don’t make their own donuts they would just add the ones I wanted to their regular delivery so they would be ready any time for me to pick up since they arrive first thing in the morning. I said we would pick up around 10. My daughter got there and no one had any idea there was an order to be picked up. One said something about a voice message put out to everyone but no one bothered to follow through??? It took almost an hour (they had to get some from another store) for them to get an order together. They didn’t give us the donuts we ordered just what they could put together. Then they gave my kids an extra dozen (that we didn’t need) as a ‘sorry about that’ and it was filled with old, tough donuts. I didn’t even put the extras out at the party because they were so bad.
Pre-ordered over $40 worth of items. Ordered “DOUGHNUTS” from Dunkin “DOUGHNUTS” for them to wait till I drove to their store to tell me that a store which sells “DOUGHNUTS” did not have my pre-ordered “DOUGHNUTS”. Would NOT recommend this place. BAD BUSINESS!!

I had originally started coming to the location because starbucks was slacking but now I'm definitely done coming to this location every time I stop and order or they are always pretty much out of anything I'm looking for do better y'all

This location is beyond trash, 4 days prior to valentines day, no valentines flavors, during christmas no christmas flavors past Dec. 15th. If you order something they don’t want to make from doordash, guess what you’re not getting. Stale donuts, half the menu options they’re supposed to have. And even after reporting them to dunkin Corporate multiple times, nothing changes. I used to go to dunkin daily, now, due to this location, they’re my LAST choice. Buyers beware.

They were out of almost everything and when I confirmed the flavors they did have still in stock and asked for a variety of those, I was given a box completely different than what I asked for. They were stale and hard as if they were days old. A waste of time and money, I'm really disappointed.
I rarely go this location because of how bad the service typically is, but wanted to give it another shot since it has been a year or more since last visit. I run a business and know the demands and challenges. I waited at the order sign for almost 5 minutes before ordering, when I arrive at the window a young man pokes his head out of the window for a long pause, then tells me “pull over next to the white car” then leaves. Not a single word other than that, no explanation, just a demand. So I park and go inside to wait. Upon walking in I see a full staff scurrying about, coffee all over the floor by the drive through window, staff arguing, management seeming to care less rather than addressing the problem. The same young man sets my coffee on the counter and walks away, not speaking a word, not acknowledging my existence other than to place what I ordered in arms reach of me. This is such a bummer, I remember when this location was great. With a little bit of care from management and leadership, this place would run smooth and effective. I will surely not visit again and will urge the community to do the same until something changes. Maybe management can put a little effort into this place and better it.

Sat at the intercom for a bit saying hello hello almost drove off. When answered he was about as friendly as a,scarecrow. Asked for two different items and they were out. Ordered an old fashion donut and small coffee 4.48. Not worth it at all. That was the second time in going. First time quality of donuts is awful. Thought I would give it one more try. Sorry I won't be back!!

Most of the staff is rude, especially for drive thru. The first time I thought maybe that person was just having a bad day. Second and third time that’s not the case.
Quality of coffee is very inconsistent. Most times the coffee isn't even mixed and the mocha is settled at the bottom and the coloring is separating.

It's a Friday and we usually don't go out to grab a bite, but here we were. They slammed but the staff was friendly and helpful, cudos to them for that. Got the Boston Creams today, but wasn't much cream to brag about today, had to search around to find it. Guessing it was an off day for these as this was not the norm.
