It's a Friday and we usually don't go out to grab a bite, but here we were. They slammed but the staff was friendly and helpful, cudos to them for that. Got the Boston Creams today, but wasn't much cream to brag about today, had to search around to find it. Guessing it was an off day for these as this was not the norm.
Getting someone's very simple order correct is the very least that you could do as a fast food employee, especially when the majority of the orders that you receive are threw the drive threw. I want to give fast food employees the benefit of the doubt and take the bag with the food in it and then just leave as you are supposed to do bit at this point columbia has some of the worst fast food employees I have ever seen. Sat at the intercom for a bit saying hello hello almost drove off. When answered he was about as friendly as a,scarecrow. Asked for two different items and they were out. Ordered an old fashion donut and small coffee 4.48. Not worth it at all. That was the second time in going. First time quality of donuts is awful. Thought I would give it one more try. Sorry I won't be back!!
