I had a $5 virtual gift card so I downloaded the Starbucks app in order to use the gift card and place my order in advance and it was ready for me whenever I pulled up to the drive-thru. It was painless, and super simple. I picked what I wanted and everything was made exactly like I requested. This particular Starbucks location is on top of things in every way. Decided to give this Starbucks another visit. This time I got the dbl bacon, egg and cheddar, it was so much better than the bacon,egg and gouda! It was hot,loaded w/bacon and the cheddar was ooey gooey. My cappuccino had plenty of foam just like I wanted. The person at the drive thru window was very nice.

I absolutely love Starbucks but this particular store needs help. The line is always ridiculous and when you've pre ordered your drink, it's cold by the time they get it to you. Or, it's just wrong altogether. Get it together!!
