Service usually very friendly with great service Unfortunately the coffee products are very inconsistent from excellent to very mediocre. Training needed badly for actual baristas Who are very hard workers. So training too be consistent please 6 other specialty coffee spots in our smallish town that are very good

Drinks never taste right, too many workers so not comfy or personable, positive both starbucks dip and air dry things in sanitizer then use those items which results in tummy cramps, burning throat, vomiting, and diarrhea. Employees say its policy! To poison or make guests sick? Both Starbucks need to be trained by The Best Barista Around, who can teach how to make drinks properly, and good every time. Worst downfall at both Starbucks is the addition of technology ( online/to go ordering)(purely for greed); prefer an old school type place where folks only do business in person, and where in person/guests takes priority over technology and bad policies.

These guys can't seem to properly manage their stock and are often out of the most common of items. They demand a tip, but when you have to ask for a refund because they don't have what you paid for, you can't get your tip back. What a racket. I think Starbucks will never be what it once was.

I gave it a 3 because I have had good service and drinks here before. But today I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso and when they handed it to me it was filled more like a grande size in a venti cup. I'm not a complainer but it's a $7 drink so I told her it was alittle low and all she said to me was "I didn't make it". I had already paid before being handed the drink and she clearly didn't care so I just took it and left but that response was very bad customer service and disappointing. I feel like no one wants to work now days and companies just have to deal with whoever applies and shows up, but customer service like that just makes you want to support other stores next time you want the drink you paid for.

I had a $5 virtual gift card so I downloaded the Starbucks app in order to use the gift card and place my order in advance and it was ready for me whenever I pulled up to the drive-thru. It was painless, and super simple. I picked what I wanted and everything was made exactly like I requested. This particular Starbucks location is on top of things in every way. They are very polite and always cheerful. I'm not a huge Starbucks Drinker because it's rather on the pricey side but it's definitely worth the extra price because of the quality of the service and the products. Update, recently went here again with my husband and two sons and everything was just as enjoyable that time as it was the last time. We use the app to order this time and got absolutely epic drinks that were so tasty and we were exceptionally thrilled they did everything exactly like we asked and every drink that we ordered was super customized and they fix them just exactly right and I could not recommend this Starbucks more!
