I had quite getting my food. I ordered on the app, well, the app itself, for some reason, deleted my free Whopper. I went in, got my food, and noticed the Whopper missing. I went to the manager and asked if on my ticket a Whopper was includedThey did not see it. To which point, I showed them the app of it being claimed. Never have an issue with our food! It's always fresh and hot regardless of what time I may visit. The employees have always been very helpful and polite!Kid-friendliness: Employees have always spoken and smiled with my boys

Went for take out twice here and both time the guy gave my son wrong burger and paid for the other burger, how rude. Done with this one. Sad to, because we like this Burger King. Done with paying for a big burger only to get a smaller or different burger. Better check your bags from now on.
