Walked in, 3 people argued with each other for who would take my order. 0 customer service. I wasn’t acknowledged spoken to past “what do you want”. Went to get a drink and the fountain was disgusting. No one has cleaned in a week. Tables are all dirty while all employees are on their phones. I don’t ever leave reviews of places but if this was my place to manage they would all be fired. Especially the ratchet toad that took my order

I ordered online. What I ordered and how I ordered it was clearly stated on the receipt, and the order was completely wrong! I paid extra for ingredients that were NOT on the sandwiches. The meat was so thick and so tough that you could not bite through it. Used to I would be greeted when I'd walk in the restaurant. I was glared at by the men who were too busy eating to acknowledge that a customer had bothered to walk in the establishment.

Very disappointed. I ate there for the first time on Thurs. Nov 2 and only ordered the chicken dumplings soup for myself bc I assumed I wouldn't like the sandwich-but ordered 2 Large sandwiches for son and husband. I tried my son's sandwich at home and LOVED IT! I LOVED IT with the soup especially. So on Frid Nov 3...I had to have a whole sandwich for ME! I ORDERED 3 LARGE sandwiches and chkn dumplin soup. Each sandwich either did or DID NOT want tomato or onions. The boys hate tomatoes and I HATE onions. Well after I leave, I ended up stranded at the UPS store bc my car wouldn't start. Which led me to go ahead and eat what I had been craving the entire day-while I waited for my husband to help with car. I discovered that not a single thing I ordered was correct. I got POTATO SOUP, my sandwich had ONIONS all over it, and other 2 had tomatoes and onions. I called bc I was devastated. The guy Said bring back-i couldn't. He said cb in an hour for store manager-i did so, and once was answered and put on hold and forgotten about. So call again-no answer. I won't be back.
Pitiful service and clueless personnel. Food not good. Stay away.I did contact customer support before leaving this review. Their response was just as bad as restaurant service and food. Basically, they put a few points in the app (that I deleted) and a lame sorry. NO MORE FIREHOUSE FOR ME. I asked for phone reply but it didn't happen.
