Staff didn't greet us when arriving, sandwiches were sloppy and half put together when served to us. Sales floor and tables weren't clean. Bathroom had trash on the floor and the sink was gross. The staff was swearing and having inappropriate conversations with each other loud enough for us to hear them. Not a great experience. ?
I was charged for extra drink which ok but then when I go to drink counter only have unsweetened Tea then go to soda station and every regular soda you push is out so all I was offered was a bottle of coke your telling me they couldn't replace any of the soda then by time I get home which Im down the street my food is ice cold this firehouse is nothing compared to the great service I'm use to in Illinios.
