Mr. Ray and Ms. Pamela were under staffed and working very hard to take care of their customers. I didn't mind waiting because I know what it is to be short on employees. They were top notch and the food was great and they were very apologetic.
First time coming to this Krystal in Columbia, Tennessee. It is tucked in a corner of a plaza and you might miss it if you're not looking for it. When I came, it was about 2pm, so it was not busy. There is an outdoor seating area, and the drive-thru - that's it. My food was pretty hot but otherwise, it wasn't all that great. The staff, however, were super, super nice!
