Grinder's Switch Winery has opened a wine bar in Columbia, offering a variety of wines for all tastes. The location is spacious, with a cozy interior, outside tables, and friendly staff. They have the perfect flights for sweet and dry wine drinkers, making it easy for guests to find their favorite. Two wine tasting flights are available, one for dry and one for sweet wines, and a full tasting of all their wines costs $15, providing a generous amount of wine. The bartenders are knowledgeable and informative about each wine, making the tasting experience enjoyable. Visitors can also enjoy live music on Fridays, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. It is a great spot for both wine enthusiasts and casual visitors looking for a pleasant wine tasting experience, and many guests appreciate the friendly service and the selection of local wines. Some mention that food could be improved, noting stale bread and the need for better pairing options, but overall, it remains a popular destination.
