I'm BEYOND UPSET that I ordered 3 pizza's-total bill $75+ at 7:42pm tonight for delivery-wait time was 90 min. - I knew that, but it's now 11:35pm and no pizza. I tried calling little after 10pm when realized it STILL wasn't Here and no answer. The money came out of my account. I've emailed, called , looked up any way of contact. NOW, everyone here is starving and extremely limited in take out at this hour in Columbia. Because of the weather,is WHY I ordered for delivery! I hate driving at night and raining. I don't even know what else to say!!!

It didn't used to cost $39 for a Pizza and a salad. Carryout not even delivery and he used a coupon for me as well. The pizza was as good as usual. No complaints there.

Did jets change there cheese? We ordered a BBQ chicken and the cheese was horrible. It was didn't taste like mozzarella and was chewy. Ruined the whole pizza.

Whaaattt??????? ? ??y'all are in Tennessee??????..Well hot ? diggity dog ??????I'm down here in North Alabama it would be really something to come up there and get me some of that scrumptious Pizzait looks like we used to have one down here around the Huntsville areaI'm not really sure exactly what happened to that store maybe if y'all moved it over towards Madison that would really be something or even move down to Cullman Alabama that would be a really great place to start but for now I'm happy that y'all move closer towards Tennessee cuz every time I'm in Charlotte North Carolina or Greensboro North Carolina I'm dialing your numbers y'all have the best pizza in the world hands down that Detroit crust is awesome I will be ordering soon thank you Jet's Pizza for making this possible we all love to eat amen????‼️‼️????

Friday night pizza just wouldn’t be the same as Detroit style pizza.We rotate between different pizza restaurants each Friday (but not Dominoes any more because they suuucccckkkkkk), but there’s an audible gasp of excitement when I say, “Jets?”I don’t recommend delivery, sometimes the wait is extraordinarily, so drive on into town for the buttery deep dish excellence.The garlic bread is equally as yummy and the sauce is nice and thick.Highly recommend.

There are not enough good things I can say about Jet's Pizza. By far my favorite place for pizza, the deep dish is amazing and the different crust options are top notch. If you haven't tried this place, then you're missing out. 10/10 highly recommend!

Ordered my food at 7:05pm they said it would be an hour and a half before it was delivered. Called at 8:49pm to check on order and was informed that driver already came to the house, knocked, and called multiple times. I was sitting by the front door which has a window to see out, nobody came to that door and not a single call came through on my phone. They notified me they would send the driver back out...only to call again 30 MINUTES LATER to tell me the driver would not come back. That's THREE HOURS I could've made other arrangements. And 2-3 business days for my money back. I've always loved Jets but yall really ruined it with this one?✌️I wouldn't waste my money here overpriced low budget pizza anyway. The only reason we have used yall in the past is because Columbia got dusty food anyway.
