This location has always been hit or miss. Between wait times, mediocre and/or rude employees, and consistent missing items, it’s hard to find reasons to keep going back to this location. Today was a hit purely because of Stephanie’s wonderful customer service. Usually when I approach the speaker to order, I’m met with “KFC WHAT CAN I GET YOU” - really loud and with a whole lot of attitude. Not today! Stephanie displayed excellent customer service; she was very patient...
By the time you get the family bucket home the excessive oil on the chicken just puddles up with the breading sliding off. Nasty. The fried chicken at Fast Stop #15 or from Walmart is much better than this location’s family bucket, and less expensive.
We stopped in for lunch, and we both had the 3 piece tender meal. The food was good, but the service was better! The staff at the counter was friendly and helpful, and the employee ensuring a clean dining room experience went above and beyond to clear our trays and share a smile and a hello with us. It's not very often that you see employees taking pride in their work, but I saw this today at this location. Thank you, KFC. We enjoyed our visit.
