Just a thought …came in to get an Americano with a tiny bit of oat milk and I’m charged an extra whole dollar for that. Girl behind the counter says it’s already in the system that way. then have different options in the system or have a self serve area where people can put their own in it that way we’re not getting nickel and dimmed.
Bad service rude people don’t go ☹️
