Told us to pull up for 10mins for spicy chicken.. we waited 34 minutes then had to go in and go out food, still wasn't spicy... We had already waited so long so we just left... Customer service was not good at all tonight. Will not be BK to this location

I originally ordered a 12 piece bone in classic....just chicken....and received a 6 piece lukewarm bone in classic. When I figured it out and returned to get the situation fixed.....I was presented with a 12 piece bone in classic that was still purple at the bone. The Lord was with me tonight!!! I was better off going to Taco Bell!!! The night crew @ Popeye's suck!!! Do better!

The staff is always unprofessional & unorganized no matter the time of day. They always have an attitude. They will serve you just about anything just to get you out of the line.

Ordered dinner tonight & was supposed to have boneless wings. What actually arrived looked QUESTIONABLE. It didn’t look like a tender, boneless wing, or bone in.

This restaurant needs new management & new staff in order to be successful. Wish I could just call Gordon Ramsay !

Ordered 12 boneless wings and received random pieces of chicken.. I can’t even tell if the chicken is a thigh, tender, a wing?… It’s just chicken thrown in a box. I tried calling the store to figure the solution over this matter, however after initial calls with no answer, I was left to leave a review. Disappointing service upon arrival and receiving food.

There are plenty of people working, but there’s no sense of urgecy. The only person running around frantically is the manager. Please take the time to hire the right people and invest in proper training so the business can operate smoothly.

Weekend today to pick up a doordash order and to place an order for myself. Older blonde woman with a purple team leader shirt gave me my doordash order and walked away without letting me place my order.

If I could give 0 stars I would this location need to be shut down. They (employees) are rude, disrespectful, and nasty. Especially the little girl “Shay”. She doesn’t need to work in any customer service environment with the way she talks to ppl.. You wonder why this location has a bad reputation smh do better!

I’ve ate there twice in the last two months and both times the chicken is merely bones with batter on them. The last time I visited it was about a hour before closing time and the only sides they had was fries. The poor little biscuit tasted old except the top layer that was so oily like they had possibly kept putting more butter on the old ones to keep from having to prepare more because it was so close to closing time. I’ll never eat Popeyes again especially from the Columbia location. The girl in the drive-thru wasn’t rude but she wasn’t cheerful at all either. She was ready to be done for the day I’m sure. I almost felt like she gave me a “I can’t believe yall eat this crap” look! I can honestly remember thinking that before I pulled off. The service wasn’t a problem it’s been the product each time I’ve ate there. Idk if it’s just Popeyes or what but every time(2 times and the last time)I’ve ate here there’s hardly any meat at all just bones and….skin…and batter. Bo’jangles baby!

This restaurant must think a chicken sandwich and medium fries are the same thing. Cause I definitely pulled two fries out of the bag and there was no sandwich. App resolution was underwhelming to say the least as well. I've always liked Popeyes, but this location can never seem to get it's shit together. Every time I try here they get the order wrong.

Every time you go to this location on Nashville Highway they never have food prepared. There’s always a wait and then when you leave, you have to turn around and come back cause they put whatever in your box they never had the proper pieces of chicken you asked for two legs and a thigh they give you three thighs so basically they give you what they want not what you pay for then you have to take the stuff back and a waste of gas not a good place to go and spend any money not even for soft drink bad business. No one seems to care about the customer service at this location. Every time we go there people just standing around including the managers lobby filled up drive-through field, and everybody just standing like they don’t have nothing to do never ever have the proper pieces of chicken to go with the meal you choose to pay for
