I saw the sign saying the family meal ( 8pc chicken tenders, one large side, 4c biscuits ) was $20 I ordered exactly that and only that pulled up to pay and she said I didnt have an ordor placed so I told her what I had ordered and she had said it was $27.43 and she would not honor the $20 dollar rate as advertised.

I'm pregnant and for the past few days I have craved their mashed potatoes. Finally decided to treat myself and give in but every time I try they cancel my order☹️ just turn off door dash, make out of stock items unavailable on the store, let door dashers know, ect.? I don't understand.

I’ve been patient with slow and disorganized service at this location before, but today was especially frustrating. All I wanted to do was redeem a reward through the app, and the order couldn’t be placed. There was no clear explanation, just an error message.

It feels like mobile orders may have been turned off during the lunch rush instead of being managed properly. If rewards and online ordering are offered, they should be honored consistently.

The food itself is usually good, but the service and organization during peak hours really need improvement. Customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to use a reward that was earned.

The evening staff is awesome here!!!! The young teen in the front is so sweet and it made me feel so good seeing a young person take their job professionally.

I know this is unrelated but the comment from “Weedy biscuit” is so inaccurate!!! There is a mixture of races in that store and were when I was there! Hence the name “Weedy Biscuit” smh… maybe she was imagining something that was not true since I saw she left reviews for the weed store the same day… anyways.. this store is a great one and I hate when people make fake reviews it’s so shameful!

If you run across the street to get a Chinese massage, you’ll still have time to come hop back in your car before they get your order done.

I think they slaughter the chicken on-site so it’s fresh, but… yeah it takes like 30 minutes to go through the drive through. It’s not an exaggeration to say they should just close the drive through to clearly communicate that you might as well sit down and get comfy.

I went into this store location to pick up an order for door dash. I asked the female employee if drinks were in the bag (like most fast food restaurants do) and she called me a racist term and laughed and mocked me. I told her a lot of restaurants put the drinks in the bag. Her co-worker had to get me the drink because she wasn’t going to deal with a stupid racist term here another word for a girl here head. This location needs to be trained in how to talk to people in general, learn what a hate crime is, customer service skills, and more. Only 1 worker helped me out of their whole evening shift people. While she kept calling me names and laughing at me.
Do something because next time I’m filing a report on your restaurant and your workers for a hate crime.
