My husband recently went, and I had to walk to the bar because no one was by the door and we couldn't see anyone. We were seated in a booth that the seats were all kinds of messed up padding was basically gone and we sat on springs. The food was bland and both of our meals were wrong and missing items that should have come with the burger and had items my husband had asked not to have when ordering. The bathrooms were filthy and smelled of pee. There was blood or poop on the toilet, and urine in one and the floor around the toilets was blackened as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Honestly, if a surprise inspection would happen they wouldn't pass. It was pretty bad. We will not be back.

I hadn't eaten in a Ruby Tuesday for at least fifteen years. Our local one in Brentwood closed ages ago. The service was excellent, the food better than I remember and the atmosphere was exactly the same as it was in 1995 (which isnt necessarily a bad thing). I'd recommend it.

Server didn’t even ask how we was and made it known that she didn’t want to serve us. I went to get a drink and instead of actually looking at my drivers license for my birthday, she said that she didn’t trust it and that she wasn’t going to serve

Well if I could give 0 stars on this place today I would. We come here all the time when my wife has Dr's appointments over here. Was very disappointed today. It all started when we walked in . It was cold as heck in there it was probably warmer outside then inside. Then my wife has a service animal so the waitress set us away from everyone else. Then came back 10 minutes after seating us asking what drinks we would like. After we told her it took her another 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. She was busy stocking and helping other customers. Kinda felt like she wanted us to leave so she didn't have to serve us. Then it took us 20 minutes to get our food. Then we ask for ranch for our tater skins and ketchup for fries. Time we got that the fries were gone. So as I said this was the first time we have had this bad of an experience at this place not sure if we will be back or not.
