We used to be 'RT regulars', but something changed a couple years ago . . . service went downhill. 3 separate times in 2023 we went there, walked in, no hostess to greet us, and waited at least 5 minutes. Each time the place was empty . . . vacant tables everywhere. We'd make eye contact with a server or bartender, but still no acknowledgement that we were there. Each time, after no one bothered to acknowledge us and seat us, we left. We saw other customers...

There are very few restaurants that have salad bars anymore. That's one of the features I enjoyed most about my visit to Ruby Tuesday. The garden bar is excellent with a varied choice of items, very good dressing, and some of the best croutons you will get anywhere made from what tastes like fresh bread. We had steaks and baked potatoes which were also excellent.

First timers here!! My experience went a little like this...
My husband & I walked in & it was pretty quiet. There was no one in line but took like 5 minutes before anyone saw us. But it was totally fine because they were busy rolling silverware :-) I could see them in the reflection. Lots to do behind the scenes that the impatient customers forget exists :-)
But then the waitress saw us & helped us right away. She was super sweet!!...
