This waitress was so uncouth she was smoking a vape in front of my young daughter she put my daughter at the bar she had nothing nice to say about anybody she was bad-mouthing customers she talked about the young man working the bar she talked about the young guy working in the kitchen she was a (not nice)!

Shyster-a person, who uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, or deceptive methods in business.Jamie is this person, The disrespect and straight up disregard for human decency was just unfounded never in my life I have I ever been subjected to such horrors of disrespectful customer service.To be treated with such disrespect and disregard as I was treated in this restaurant is by far the worst in the country. I have been to all the lower 48 states and never has anyone come to me and boldface lied on another employee just so that that person can get more tips.When Jamie was called out for her abhorrent behavior she even had the audacity to tell me "well I have to do what I have to do to get my tips" Jacob is the one that should be paid in tips for March the 10th 2024 because Jamie did nothing except lie to the customers and throw her fellow employee under the bus just so that she could receive more tips she is a dangerous person that should be fired posthaste.Jamie is an abhorrent person. The way in which we were subjected to was just mind boggling. How does a person tell the customer one thing and then tell the other server some different causing the 2nd server to be upset with the customer, however the 1st server, Jamie, is the one that messed everything up. You can fix your teeth and make up prison time however trash will always be trash. Jacob and Wesley are great, Jamie is the PROBLEM!!!!Atrocious do not stop here and eat at this restaurant unless you are willing to LOSE money.WHEN PEOPLE SAY "HIGHWAY ROBBERY" THIS IS A PLACE THAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

We had a nice experience. Delicious old fashion cocktail but seemed small for the price. The cheese fries and dessert we had were very good. Waiter was great too. Pretty place with a view.For what we had the price in line with a hotel. Four stars because I don't have much context to compare it with in the area. Nice to see a hotel restaurant like this here. I hope they keep up the good work and keep aiming a little higher.Our experience didn't match the poor reviews given here at all. Perhaps training on handling disgruntled patrons would solve some of those problems. Sometimes "sorry, it's us not you, let me take care of it." goes a long way, Best of luck
Location is great, service was alright, dinner took an hour to get, appetizer was a tiny bowl of artichoke dip and a huge plate of chips. Pork was raw and uncooked, charged me 30 dollars for one margarita with extra shot on side. 76.00 dollars for one person.When I asked about the drink, they laughed and said it's normal.Don't go here.I gave a 20 dollar tip because waiter was cool, told them if they need the money that bad, take more.96.00 for one person.Food and service should be on par with price and certainly are not.Any other restaurant in this beautiful town will treat you better.I will never be back.

I went here for a gathering and the service was terrible. I waited for an extended amount of time to order food and was only able to order after I walked up to a waiter. Food sat at the window for roughly 10 minutes for other guests so when mine came up, I walked up and asked for the food before it got cold. Servers were not friendly and the bar tender was gone on a few occasions so drinks could not be ordered. The atmosphere could be really great if the service matched. I do not recommend!!!
