Everytime I come here everyone’s so kind , tonight especially my boyfriend and I came here 15 minutes before they closed which is understandably not great timing, we ended up getting a large iced blondie with modifications and we had intentions of using our free drink but before we even asked she gave me a smiled like it had been covered! , unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she’s always so sweet and has a great attitude when we come here and even tonight wrote a super sweet note on the lid (pictured below) and went out of her way to do so, I highly recommend coming here, everyone is great! 9/18/25

Used to be my favorite place. I was buying one or 2 large coffees a day, but the past 2 or so months the coffee has been horrible. I always get an iced blonde and it has not tasted the same at all! Its gotten to the point ive quit going here! And it sucks! I miss my iced blonde and i really wish they would fix whatever has happened. I've stopped a few times here and there to see if it has gotten better and once in a while it is but I guess the new ones just ain't making it right or something. I've said something several times and it just dont change and ive even sent my drink back in and had it fixed and no change. I just refuse to pay 9$ for a drink and cnt even drink it. So back to mcds I go and stick with my caramel frappe.

What an awesome crew! I can in for my birthday drink after getting my birthday drink elsewhere too. 7Brew’s entire staff was so genuinely kind saying “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” and they event wrote it on my cup.

Love 7Brew! The staff is kind and drink selection top notch. What really sets them apart is their customer service. It was my husband’s birthday recently and we got his bday drinks at 7Brew. All of the staff we encountered at 7Brew wished him Happy Birthday when they found out and even wrote a message on the cup. They went out of their way to make him feel special.
