Stopped by on a whim on our early morning drive through the area. This place is fantastic! The donuts are amazing! Biscuit and wrap were good but the donuts are definitely the star of the show. And so many flavors and choices! This will become one of our regular stops!

Big O’s was always a staple for us in college. We came back for the weekend in October when they had the “Pumpkin Spice” donuts. I called to make sure they had some around 4pm, and they saved one for me! When we got there, they had made a new batch! Because I called! I love them so much!! They didn’t have to do that, and we would have been happy with the twist and old fashion. But they made more just because I called! They absolutely made my day coming back into town. Y’all are just the best - I can’t that you enough.

Got home and no biscuits, called and the lady was rude said to come back when I live further out and have littles to feed. After getting off the phone completely frustrated and now making biscuits at home. Owner calls back very polite and offering to make thing better for next time.

I’ve been to this location twice and the donuts taste like they are old. The donuts are very stale. The price is crazy for the quality.

I would highly recommend not going there! They accuse customers who have put money in the tip jar of wanting to cause harm to their employees because they found a tiny fish hook in the jar (mind you this occurred on the one day of free fishing Tennessee has). Then state they are going to watch the video footage so they can hopefully meet them again. Very unprofessional. After that I wouldn’t get a donut from them ever again even if they had the best in town (which they don’t).
