The food was really good, I got a regular burrito meal that I had a voucher for. It was large, better filled then a lot of places I've gone previously and the girl who made my food was quick, courteous, and polite. The meal before the voucher was 9.99$, came with a drink, chips and the burrito. I bought a large cup of queso dip and chips, 10/10 that was some of the best dip I've tried, perfectly spicy, plenty cheesey. I poured some into my burrito. 10/10 all around would absolutely recommend. It's a smaller shop but it's better then a great deal of major chains I've tried. It's affordable in a time where getting a good meal for a good price is nearly impossible.

The place was nice and clean. No complaints about the staff either, but the grilled steak gave both me and my girlfriend some of the worst food poisoning ever.

This was a stop to get dinner on a drive to the Gatlinburg area. It was ok. The food wasn't bad, but not really great either. If you've had Costa Vida or Chipotle, this isn't comparable. It was good, but nothing to write home about.

Blue Coast Burrito has always been one of our must-stop places when traveling from Middle Tennessee to East Tennessee. We’ve stopped here many times, and the service has consistently been top-tier, with fresh, flavorful food that never disappoints—especially the fish tacos, which have been our go-to.

Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the high standards we’ve come to expect. We ordered five fish tacos, and sadly, four of them were cold while only one was mildly warm. The fish was barely warm, the flour tortillas felt almost frozen, and the baja toppings were just as cold. There were no limes included, which usually come standard.

It was disappointing to have such an off experience at a place we’ve always looked forward to. We hope this was just an off day, because we know how good Blue Coast Burrito can be, and we’d love to see it return to the quality we’ve come to enjoy time and time again.

We have never been disappointed at BCB, Cookeville. I just wish they had the chicken tortilla soup, still!
