Honestly, I’ll never visit this place again. The young lady that made the sub par Baja fish tacos acted like she wanted to be anywhere else but here. I ordered dine in using a complimentary coupon, my food came in a bag that was unceremoniously dropped on my table - some “dine in” experience that.

Consistently good burritos and quesadillas. I like it better than Salsaritas and Chipotle. The staff are always friendly. The salsa bar is a lot of fun. This is a routine stop when driving by Cookeville.

Don't eat the baja style fish tacos if you've ever had fish tacos down in baja!!! No bueno!! The fish was breaded but far from "lightly breaded" tasted like some good ol gortons fish sticks! The hot salsa was far from hot and far from flavorful! My wife said her chicken burrito was pretty good!! Got a side of pinto beans and rice, no bueno!! The beans were crunchy and the rice was flavorless!!! It's kinda of a cool atmosphere, but all the empty tables were pretty dirty!!!

This is basically like a chipotle but for Americanized Mexican food. My husband was ordering 2 burritos and the girl suggested the mega burrito which is significantly cheaper than ordering 2 regular burritos. I guess it’s a secret menu item. The Cabo bowl was delicious and made me feel less guilty due to not having a tortilla or extra carbs. Good for quick Mexican.Dietary restrictions: Has options for keto.
