clean your frigging grill! the food here is nasty simply because the cooks are to lazy to clean their grill. the eggs are always scorched and covered in black nastyness from the filthy grill that makes the food tase horrible. I stopped eating here 6 months ago because of it and decided I would give them one more chance this morning, well, nothing has changed! I paid almost $10 for a biscuit and OJ I had to throw in the trash after the first bite and goto Hardees! poor management at the very least

Went through the drive thru in Cookeville, TN ordered a Family Meal for $38. Chicken and fries where old and nasty. Had to go back and get my biscuits that they forgot. They were out on mac and cheese and they forgot the dipping sauces. Paid to much for low quality service and food. I will not be going back. Hell KFC is better and I don't necessarily care for their chicken. Very disappointed.

Ordered for breakfast and there was a long hair baked into my biscuit. No big deal I work in food service, stuff happens, so I called back to get a new one. While there I'm like "eh im coming back already I'll order a 5 piece for lunch later" only got 4 pieces of chicken and no dipping sauces.

The food was hot and delicious. I ordered on the app and ate at the store. The first order was not correct. The people at the store were very nice and eager to fix the problem. Once I had the proper order, there was nothing else wrong. The lower atmosphere is just for the fact it's a typical fast food restaurant. Plastic booths, tables and chairs. Nothing special in the dining room.

Very bad experience. Ordered the New Buffalo chicken wings. They looked like they had been cooked earlier in the day and were sitting around all day. and they were horrible. Didn't notice till I was already down the road. Later I came down with food poisoning. Very rough night. I'm surprised because the food is usually better. I wont go back.

Y'all are the absolute worst. I paid $15 for 10 wings. I arrived at 1240 and no doubt you had them under the air crisper since 1030. All I tasted was the skin. I really deserve some money back. 0 stars

I went to the Bojangles in Cookeville it was late on in the night the lady at the cash register serve me small pieces of chicken fingers that was old and dry. I was very dissatisfied so I asked me for her for my money back she refused to give me my money back I will never go to Bojangles again .
The biscuit I got looked so depressing and small compared to the usual big and fluffy biscuit. The chicken doesn't even look like it has Cajun seasoning on it...
