Went drive through. They have AI of some sort that cut me off half way through my order because I didn't finish fast enough. I had to wait for a real person and redo the order. Didn't get my bo'berry biscuits in my order but I didn't realize it till I arrived at my destination. I am underwhelmed and will not be returning to this location. It was good in the past. What food I got was good though.

They mess up the whole order they going george's 40s and it was 2 large teas but we got medium teas fbs nuggets was to be regular but they was spicy and the two pieces chicken was small I have eat at lot bojangles all over the country and this worse sever every I will not be back

Pulled up to Bojangles’ in Cookeville, TN and had to try that 2-piece combo with a leg and thigh, dirty rice, seasoned fries, and of course—the peach cobbler biscuit. Everything came out hot and fresh. The biscuit was buttery and soft, the peach cobbler was sweet with just the right crunch, and that dirty rice had flavor.
Shoutout to Brittany at the register—she kept the line moving and was cool with it.
If you’re passing through Cookeville, this Bojangles’ worth the stop.

I was greeted by Mrs Janaya at the cash register and as I talked to her she had great customer service skills was patient and asked me if there was anything else I wanted to order from them even took the time out to come over and wipe my table for me.
I seriously go crazy for Bojangles’ dirty rice—it’s been my favorite for as long as I can remember. I don’t get to go often, usually just on road trips, but it’s always a treat when I do. The food is consistently good, and I’ve always had a better experience here than at places like Popeyes or KFC. The chicken is great, the biscuits are amazing, and the customer service is usually way friendlier too. It’s one of those places that never disappoints and totally hits the spot when you’re in the mood for some good southern comfort food.
This Bojangels has good drive thru service and the food is almost always warm to hot. I would not suggest the one in Lebanon.

the bare minimum for this type of job is to at least make sure the customer gets the food they ordered. So why did I get charged $14 just to be missing half of my order? Legitimately disappointing

clean your frigging grill! the food here is nasty simply because the cooks are to lazy to clean their grill. the eggs are always scorched and covered in black nastyness from the filthy grill that makes the food tase horrible. I stopped eating here 6 months ago because of it and decided I would give them one more chance this morning, well, nothing has changed! I paid almost $10 for a biscuit and OJ I had to throw in the trash after the first bite and goto Hardees! poor management at the very least
