“It’s Thanksgiving and we ended up at IHOP (Cookeville, TN) for lunch. Let me tell you the customers were just the rudest people I’ve ever seen. I really hope they weren’t from my town or I would be ashamed. I’ve never seen just poor and rude treatment of staff in my life. My daughter and I sat inside and waited over an hour. We witnessed everyone’s rude behavior. Mostly by the elderly to the staff. The crew are the real MVP’s. Because, I would have quit or thrown hands. Shout out to Chase at the hostess desk. From the time I called to see if they were open, until the time we were seated, we were treated with the upmost politeness and with a smile.“
