Not enough staff and saw people walking out...the waiter was bad.... took 10 minutes to get some plates and I guess if you have alcohol you would be served better
We ate in and the burgers were great, fries were great. Waitress was great. However I ordered 30 garlic parm wings to go & they’re pretty hard & only a few wings had sauce, like where is the rest of the sauce?

We’re a family of 6, 4 kids and 2 adults. The server brought out my 14-year-old’s chicken strips 15 minutes before the rest of our food. When I asked the server about it, she acted like it wasn’t an issue. I talked to the manager, and he said it’s their policy to bring out whatever food is ready first. Funny thing is, we’ve been to this location several times, and our food has always come out together before. It’s really disappointing, especially since it’s not cheap to take a family of 6 to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I ordered wings to go. When I got there I had to wait quite a bit for someone to come to the register. The waitress ended up getting the person. She was so sweet. I really appreciate it. The wings were good however could have been cooked just a little longer. I got the medium buffalo. Should have gone up one more as these weren't hot at all and my heat level isn't much. We get our order to go now because all the tables seem like you're eating with everyone else.

This is by far one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been today. Went there today, my daughters wings and fries came out ice cold then she sent them back we were waiting and waiting the waitress came over and we told her to take the pretzels off that we ordered as an appetizer since they hadn’t came out yet and 3 people and the table already had there meals she got an attitude and said well as you order it I send it to the kitchen so it comes out according to that we in turn asked her if that was the case how come I hadn’t received my food first since I was the first to order, she didn’t have an answer for that. I then told her to just cancel my meal and she could take my daughters since it came out once ice cold and the wings were to spicy for her to eat they definitely didn’t have mild sauce on them. After that the waitress disappeared until my brother finally walked over and requested the checks. I’ve also never seen a plate come to a table another go to another table and so on while 1/2 the families sitting at tables were waiting on their food and 1 or 2 people were eating theirs.
When I returned home with my takeout order I discovered that both of my combos were missing their fries. When I tried to call to resolve this I was sent to voicemail 4 times. The lady at the bar was very nice, but the missing fries coupled with not being able to reach out to them left me with an unfinished meal, a bad night, and a sour taste in my mouth.

Walked in to watch the second half of a Tennessee football game after a wedding, hard to find a table, there were so many that were not bused. Sat outside (seat yourself) - there were a few tables with patrons outside, after seeing not one waiter/waitress for 15 minutes, left and went to another local bar/grill to catch the game - Hooligans Half Irish Pub. Service was great. Food was good for bar food. Friendly people.

Terrible service at the To-Go counter. Not enough component employees if any at all. Totally inattentive to customers and wasting my time. I waited over 20 minutes just to get someone's attention and my order should have been done before I got there.

The staff was short and not friendly. The chinken was cold, returned 3 times. Took awhile to get drinks. Atmosphere was cold and had to be told what tables were clean and the dinning room was closed Mind you there was one other couple when I arrived
