I got the wrong order in the drive thru. When I called to get the order fixed, the lady on the phone interrupted me while I was reading my order back to her and said to come back and they’d replace it. When I get there, I tell the woman in front counter I had just called about a mess up order. She goes off without saying anything and disappears. Eventually someone throws a bag on the counter in front of me and says here that’s yours. I look I. The bag and it’s still not my order. She wouldn’t stop and listen to me long enough to explain that I still got the wrong bag. Terrible service. Didn’t even speak to a manager once.

We bring our grandkids here often. The last two times we have had issues. First let me say there was a gentleman that works here that is fantastic. We had a nice conversation with him. He was cleaning up the play place area. Now to the problem. The first time was a missing menu items issue. It was Oct 12th and they were already out of the boxes for the vampire nuggets and all the sauces sprinkles and candy for the monster Sunday. This is a HALLOWEEN menu and they were already out of the HALLOWEEN items. The second time the issue was the fact that they gave us none of the sauces for the kids food. Keep in mind I have 5 grandkids . 5 meals... four of which are full size meals as they are 12,10, 8 and 6. Plus a 18 month old. I ordered sauce thru the ap. Did not receive them. My husband went to ask for them and was charged 30 cents a piece for them. My husband then ordered coffee to which he was fussed at because the cashier would have to make it. I have gotten attitude from the girls that work here the last two visits. Now we spend about 50 to 60 dollars per visit so. I do not appreciate the poor customer service! I myself am in customer service and I can honestly say this would not be tolerated in my store. Do better!

For the past 2 years best & cheapest biscuits with sausage or bacon & cheese in Cookeville (and friendiest staff) ! BE SURE to come inside & order from BURGER KARENS version of the SOUP NATZI !! ROUND UP TO THE NEXT DOLLAR OR… “NO BREAKFAST BISCUITS FOR YOU “ !!!!
We stopped in for a quick bite before a meeting, they were busy so decided to get it to go. We waited 43 minutes for the 17.39 all included Halloween meal. The lady yhat took out order was rude to several customers when they questioned the time they had to wait. The food was slapped together and a total mess.

WOW! Just wow. Did a drive thru order, and nearly got my head bitten off. The lady taking orders today was the most argumentative, rude, and disrespectful person. So much so that she didn't hear the entire order. At the window, i asked for the rest of my order, and she said... i didn't hear that. Well no, lady cause you were too busy arguing with me the customer.

Only place to eat close to the women's doctor so we stopped in for quick bite. Went threw the drive threw I couldn't hear the lady on the mic and she could not hear me. I did not get all of my order. The burgers I got were so small almost 15 dollars with fries. They look twice as small as they use to be mind you I haven't eaten at a burger King in many years. The burgers didn't have their signature taste either so very disappointing. The fries were so over salted we couldn't eat them. It will be another many years before I go to another burger King quality is gone. I may never return 15 dollars for two burgers almost the size of a Krystals burger not worth it.
